Welcome to the GCE Learning Institute, an “experience” that is more than an “education”. GCE offers a unique opportunity for families who seek rigorous, non-traditional learning environments. Families select GCE schools because we place a premium on customized education and because we teach a practical and relevant curriculum in value-driven environments. GCE schools customize curriculum and class sizes typically range from 8 to 12 students. Guided by GCE staff, our students actively pursue an education that responds to their interests and that deeply connects school and the real-world. GCE students examine a wide-range of culturally relevant topics; instructors individualize teaching methodologies; and the GCE classroom includes the city of Chicago, the world at large, students’ own homes and neighborhoods, and of course, our student friendly headquarters.
