Menomonee Club Players Pledge:
I understand that as a member of a Menomonee Club team. I have an obligation to the other members of my team. I will try my best to attend all practices and games. I will notify my coach if I am unable to attend a game. I understand that if I do not attend a game, my team may have to forfeit.

Sports "Rain Day" Policy
If raining prior to class time, please check our website at www.menomoneeclub.org or call us at 312-664-4631 ext 2 about 45 minutes before scheduled game/practice for cancellation notices. If rain begins during class time, promptly pick up children from the fields. Sorry, there are no make-up dates. If your class is cancelled, children are welcome to come to the Clubhouse.

Our experienced staff teaches boys and girls the ins and outs of soccer. Individual skill training is enhanced through sportsmanship and teamwork concepts. Each grade level is taught skills appropriate to its age. Shin guards recommended.

Running Club for Girls

This is a great program to foster a sense of strength for girls! Running Club is about more than just running; it’s a wonderful way to make new friends, learn basic running techniques together, and enjoy the bonding spirit of running. Judo

Learn the classic Japanese Olympic sport as we teach it - with a modern twist. Our supportive staff will help you develop self-confidence, self-discipline, coordination and agility. Our successful program has been recognized by the United States Judo Federation for excellence in teaching and has produced many recent local, regional, national and international champions. Taught by Sensei Brett Wolf, a former national champion with over 20 years of experience. Returning students must check with Sensei for class level. Note: No Judo on election days!

Fencing Club

These classes will provide a great introduction to
fencing and a forum for more advanced training. We’ll make this class fun as well as educational. Taught by Tsanko Hantov and Windy City Fencing. Tsanko Hantov competed in the 2000 Olympic Games and won a Bronze medal at the 2001 World Cup (England) in the Modern Pentathlon. Tsanko was a National Senior Champion in 1998 and a National Junior Champion in 1995 and 1996 men’s epee in Bulgaria. Tsanko has coached fencing for more than seven years, and has extensive experience training fencers at all levels. Tsanko has been the head coach at Windy City Fencing since 2005. He is a graduate of the National Sports Academy, Sofia, Bulgaria and is now the owner of Windy City Fencing, Inc. Instructor approval is needed for all advanced classes. Taekwondo

This new action-packed class features the secret arts and awesome techniques of Taekwondo (a Korean martial art). An Olympic sport utilizing exciting blocks, kicks, and punches, Taekwondo also develops control and self-discipline. Taekwondo teaches techniques that can be used for both self-defense and competition. Students will be instructed by Grand Master Kidd, who is a certified and licensed instructor by the United States Taekwondo Union and holds a sixth degree black belt (World Taekwondo Federation). Grand Master Kidd is the highest ranked non-Korean martial artist in Illinois, and has over 20 years teaching experience. It is recommended for students to take classes twice weekly but it is not required.

Lil’ Kickers Soccer For Kids

Lil’ Kickers is a non-competitive, introductory soccer and movement skills program for boys and girls ages 18 months to 5 years. In Lil’ Kickers we don’t just teach soccer to kids, but use soccer to teach kids about teamwork and cooperation. Lil’ Kickers is the ultimate child development program. One-on-One Little Hoopers
Youth Basketball


Grades: 3-5



One-on-One’s dedicated instructors will conduct weekly 45-minute clinics as an introduction to basketball and physical fitness for you and your children. Classes will be adult interactive as participants learn the fundamentals of the sport with an emphasis on dribbling and ball handling. Classes will also include basic footwork and hand-eye coordination drills and games, as well as learning the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
