Yearly membership is encouraged.
We love adding new friends to our Club! Membership is open to kids from four years old and up, and it's valid for a year from the time you register. Because we're not-for-profit, our members' annual dues help defray operating costs like building maintenance, game room snacks, van upkeep and special events.

1) Extra Clubhouse game room privileges once a week,
grades JK-6th. (JK Members begin in January as they need a session
to get comfortable with the Club.)

Ways to Register
Registration begins when the brochure is mailed and is now first come first served. You can register online at www.menomoneeclub.org or fill out the registration form and drop off, mail or fax (312-664-9364). If registering by fax, please call to confirm the fax transmission was received. New: We are now accepting registrations over the phone - but only for current members and with credit card payment at the time of registration.
Paperwork Required for Members
Each year, we require new and returning members to submit the Annual Membership Application. If signing up for programs, the season Activity Registration must also be completed in full. Membership dues are paid once each program year.
Paperwork for Non-Member Participants
The Menomonee Club now offers the option of participating in most of our programs as a non-member. Although not joining, we still require all non-member participants to complete the Annual Membership form for our files. It contains important health and emergency information. (Simply submit without dues).
