Three Star Golf Class | Ages: 6-8 – Register Online Get into the swing of things! Golfers will be introduced to the basics of golf: grip, stance & swing. We start close to the hole with putting and gradually move away as we introduce chipping and then full swings. Etiquette and rules of the game also are covered on a weekly basis. Youth are encouraged to bring their own clubs; however, they may borrow ours at the program. Class sizes are limited to allow personalized instruction, so sign up early!

This class is all about color, imagination and innovation. In this world we live in creativity is one of the most important skills. This class is all about the process and being creative in a group setting. We work with several mediums of paint such as acrylic, watercolor and oil. We also study famous artist and inventors as well as important techniques. The class is concentrated on building self-confidence, curiosity and wisdom. Fencing Club | Ages: 6-Adult – Register Online
These classes provide a great introduction to fencing and a forum for more advanced training. We’ll make this class fun as well as educational. Taught by Tsanko Hantov and Windy City Fencing. Tsanko competed in the 2000 Olympic Games and won a Bronze medal at the 2001 World Cup (England) in the Modern Pentathlon. He was a National Senior Champion in 1998, a National Junior Champion in 1995, and 1996 men’s epee in Bulgaria. Tsanko has coached fencing for more than ten years, and has extensive experience training fencers at all levels. He has been the head coach at Windy City Fencing since 2005. He is a graduate of the National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Instructor approval is needed for all advanced classes. Visit www.windycityfencing.com.

Learn the Japanese Olympic / Paralympic sport from our award winning staff of certified Black Belts. Menomonee Judo has become one of the largest and most successful Judo clubs in the United States. The program has produced countless local, regional, national and international champions over the years. The Judo club is led by Sensei Brett Wolf, the 2013 United States Olympic Committee Paralympic Judo Coach of the Year. Brett has been with the Menomonee Club since 1993. Taekwondo | Ages: 3 & Up – Register Online
These action-packed classes feature the secret arts and awesome techniques of Taekwondo (a Korean Martial Art). It’s an Olympic sport utilizing exciting blocks, kicks, and punches. Taekwondo also develops self control and discipline and teaches techniques that can be used for both self-defense and competition. Students will be instructed by Grand Master Kidd, a licensed instructor by the US Taekwondo Union with over 35 years of teaching experience. Master Kidd is a WTF-Kukkiwon certified eighth degree black belt, and is the highest non-Korean martial artist in Illinois. In order to achieve maximum results it is recommended students attend class twice weekly.

Thodos Ballet Program Overview | Ages: 3-18 – Register Online

Ballet is the basis for all forms of dance. Students will learn ballet technique including positions, proper alignment, conditioning and terminology.

The young Ballet I dancer will develop poise and musicality and will acquire a foundation in the movement vocabulary, French terminology, and etiquette of this elegant dance form. Thodos Dance Modern Program | Ages 7-18 – Register Online

Modern dance is a term usually referring to 20th-century concert dance. Modern dance refuses classical ballet’s stress on feet as the primary catalyst for dance movements. It instead puts stress on torso employing such elements as contact-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation. It is usually performed in bare feet, often with non-traditional costuming.

Little Hoopers Youth Basketball | Boys and Girls Ages: 3–5
