Menomonee Refund Policy
REGULAR PROGAMMING REFUND POLICY:
If you are not accepted into a program, you will receive a full refund. The Menomonee Club will also give a refund or credit minus a $25 administrative fee prior to the first day of a program session. A 50% credit will be given during the first week of a program session, or during the first week of team practice (only if withdrawal from the program does not bring enrollment below the minimum number of students required to offer the class). All credits expire one year from the issue date. No credits or refunds will be given after the first week of the session. No credits or refunds will be issued for non-member program increased fees, in the event the child joins the club later in the year.
REVISED POLICY for SUMMER CAMPS:
Please email any refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks prior to your camp week to be considered. You will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
If The Menomonee Club or our program partners must cancel a camp for low enrollment or Covid19 restriction changes by the City of Chicago, your camp will be refunded in full.
Although it rarely happens, The Menomonee Club reserves the right to change or substitute instructors.
Cancellation of Programs
Unfortunately, we occasionally have to cancel a scheduled program due to insufficient enrollment. We strive to offer such a varied number of classes each season that sometimes one may not book-up to the capacity we need. We reserve the right to cancel a program if that is the case. The enrolled participants will be called as soon as that decision is made, and a full refund will be issued.
Other Fees and Rights
There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks or declined credit cards. The Menomonee Club cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Rates subject to change.
